Established in 1989, Mainline Diesel Engineering is a provider of diesel engine services based 30 minutes south of Brisbane in Australia. Mainline is a privately owned & family run business. Business principal, Kevin Riley, served 13 years at L. Gardner & Sons factory in Manchester, UK where he became a fully skilled diesel fitter building and testing Gardner diesel engines.
Since that time, Kevin has gained almost 30 years experience working in the Australian marine industry.
Mainline’s clean & modern workshop facilities ensure engine repairs and engine reconditioning are carried out efficiently. The businesses commitment to customer service is reflected not only in the quality of products supplied but in the expediency of supply within Australia and overseas. Mainline is sole authorised Queensland distributor for Gardner diesel engines and spare parts. Since 1992 Mainline has been dedicated to it’s distributorship agreement with British engine manufacturer Gardner Parts Ltd by carrying a comprehensive stock of spare parts, using specialised Gardner tooling and equipment and providing experienced personnel to enhance service levels to Gardner customers.
